The part of you that never die.
The vessel of your true and pure light.
The only truth of your real nature.

Imagine your soul like a mirror. Over this mirror lays a thick layer of dirty and dust, represented by fears, external influence, egocentric believes and traumatic experiences. An illusion of your mind.

Your mission now is to clean this mirror, what may not be pleasant, but only when this dust is gone you can see who you truly are and what your value is.

  1. «—- Sweet Serenity —-»

To be in harmony with what is and how it is.
To be in unison with body, mind and soul.
To make one out of three and being able to feel the inner peace.
    ~
It is the art of leaving things as they are.
Not to fight against it rather to dance with it.
Not to separate from thoughts but to merge with them.
To unite them into the endless whole.
    ~
It’s about feeling the silence of a deep lake, the rustling of the leaves in the gentle wind, the light rays of sun on the skin, the love in the eyes of all living beings.
    ~
It is burden oneself with lightness,
    free oneself with gratitude
Letting go to be in the here and now,
    without names,
    without expectations,
    without obligations.
    ~
It is not thinking about the moment but perceiving it.
Not to know it with selfishness but to understand it with wisdom
    ~
It is the essence of being happy
    It is serenity.

inspirations

In this section I would like to share some texts with you that will serve as inspiration and, above all, as reflection for yourself. Take some time and read with attention. You may also want to write a few lines about which values particularly appeal to you, how you understand the text and how it inspires you.

If you feel like it, you can always share your reflections or questions with me. I would be very happy to read from you.

my own experiences

“Don't believe anything I tell you until you try it for yourself.”

I first heard this saying from my Yoga-Philosophy Teacher and I have kept it in my head ever since.

It means: Be open and curious and don't make hasty decisions about what is right or wrong, because each of us sees the same picture from different perspectives and in different colours.

I would like to share some of my most personal experiences with you and maybe some of them will inspire you to try them out for yourself and see the supposedly familiar from a new perspective.

Awake your curiosity for all the indescribable things that are still to be discovered in our colourful world.

My Story

“And little by little darkness becomes just a small shadow behind your light."

Do you ever have the feeling that your life seems diverse, beautiful and inspiring from the outside, but inside you feel completely lost? If so, I can relate because I felt the exact same way.

“Hidden Colors”

My Child Book "Hidden colours" is a journey into our innermost being, in which it becomes clear that the most beautiful and brightest colors of the universe lie within ourselves and that everything we see on the outside is only a reflection of our feelings, thoughts and emotions.

Getting lost in darkness

“To lose oneself in one´s thoughts is to lose true life”

On the penultimate day of my summer trip through Fuerteventura I was given a practical lesson from the universe to help me understand what happens when I get lost in my thoughts.

I was in Cofete, probably one of the longest beaches I had seen so far. Surrounded by nothing but mountains and sand: pure nature. The only way to get there was a dusty sandy road with countless holes and waves over which you could only drive gingerly if you did not want the car to fall apart.
