In this educational week, you'll receive practical tools to handle the challenges of (work) everyday life more consciously, calmly, and clearly.
Through mindful routines, impulses for stress regulation, self-coaching, and emotional intelligence, you'll strengthen your resilience – mentally, physically, and emotionally.
You can expect not only well-founded input but also deep self-experience, space for exchange, movement & stillness – amidst the invigorating nature of Rügen.
An educational leave for everyone who wants to recharge, grow, and live more consciously – in their profession and beyond.

Your accommodation is in the beautiful Rügen Hotel, located just a 7-minute walk from the seminar room. The hotel offers comfortable single and double rooms with sea view, half board, as well as access to the swimming pool & spa area.

Shared dinner and ceremonial conclusion of an inspiring week.

Daily Structure – What your day with us could look like
An educational leave at The Mohn Space means structure with room for freedom, learning with enjoyment, and true relaxation amid the Baltic Sea nature. Here you get an orientation of how a typical day with us is designed:
🌞 Morning – Arriving at yourself
09:00 AM – Shared start to the day: Check-in, mindfulness impulses, small movement units
09:30–11:00 AM – Input, reflection & exercises (e.g. meditation, yoga, journaling)
11:15 AM–01:00 PM – Impulse lectures, deepening practice, group work (e.g. self-leadership, resilience, stress competence)
☀️ Afternoon – Free space & integration
01:00–05:00 PM – Time for yourself: Nature, spa, walks, exchange, integration of what you've learned. Upon request, we provide you with various excursion opportunities.
🌙 Evening – Deepening & deceleration
05:00–07:00 PM – Evening workshop session: mindful routines (e.g. gentle yoga, sound meditations, creative exercises)
About the Instructor
As a trained yoga teacher, coach, and educational consultant, Sophie has been accompanying people for several years on their path to more clarity, inner balance, and professional resilience.
She loves creating spaces where personal development is allowed to be easy – mindful, creative, and authentic. Her work combines well-founded knowledge with vibrant practice: Whether on the mat, in the coaching room, or in the workshop group – her goal is to empower people to listen to themselves and courageously shape their own path.
When she's not teaching, you'll probably find her by the sea with watercolor pad and paints or on the sofa with her cats and a large cup of tea.
