ALOHA_curious SOUL-65.png

My name is Sophie, I'm a Yogini and a creative Soul.

3 years ago, after realizing that i was living a life that doesn’t fitted me anymore, I started to unearth the light within me through Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness.

Since then i am walking a non-stop journey trough my inner catacombs, converting shadows into light, cultivating gratitude and love for who i really am, letting go of expectations and egocentric believes of myself. I have made my life’s work to let my heart run free, to set limits to my fears and worries and to give my body the freedom to fly.

Now I’ve come to a point where, full of inspiration, balance and trust, i want to share the learned tools with you.

I know how it feels when imbalance dominates everyday life. When the emotions and thoughts are a rollercoaster ride that makes you just feel sick. Therefor i would like to help you to find your inner harmony again and to walk gratefully through a life that fits you and makes you happy.

Some facts about me that could inspire you:

1- I was a restless soul, searching for a happier life by traveling trough diverse countries and continents, running away from responsibilities (and myself). Until the moment I did my Yoga teacher training in Thailand.

There I changed the perspective of seeing my inner and outer world. I realized that true happiness is within me, that nothing on earth can give me what i need, apart from myself. Now, i still travel a lot but with inner peace and harmony, knowing that happiness can just be cultivated in our hearts.

2- I loved being creative as Kid, but then the school started and the imagination is pressed in a box... 10 years later, after all my books where full of draws, I was brave enough to fight for an high school education on the Art school, even knowing that i needed to repeat courses.

I got it, i loved it, i lost it ; Adult life began... No space and time anymore for creativity.

8 Years later, universe gave me the opportunity to be creative once again. So, i was brave enough to believe in my self. I started as a Tattoo artist and found my way back to art. Now, not even 1 day pass without my colors and pens. I feel grateful to create meaningful representations on people skin and i open

3- With 20, after almost 1 year of terrible stomach problems, several doctor visits, trying out a bunch of medicaments (including anti depressives), stoping any kind of social life like party, dinners or simple meetings with friends and weighting only 46 kilos, I was diagnostic IBS. That was a tuff time but a huge

opportunity to improve myself. I went to the naturopath, changed my diet and lifestyle and started to be more aware of my body and my needs.

Nowadays I'm very happy that this happened to me in young age. I’m sure that this brought me what everyone needs in life. Attention, awareness and kindness for ourself. (And just a little secret for you : Most of my diet is very health but I’m happy to say that today i can eat sweets & chocolate too. At the end its all about balance isn’t it? )

4- My spiritual animal is the fox . It stands for opportunity, playfulness, cleverness, wisdom, loyalty, adaptability and creativity. I feel absolutely identified with this beautiful creature in many ways. I know that for some people being a fox is not exactly a compliment. But in spiritual way it’s absolutely different. In

Japan for example it is even sacred. So i can reassure you, I'm one of the loving kinds. Do you have a spiritual animal too? If not, lets figure it out!

5- The Philosophy of yoga showed me how important it is to love ourselves and to unearth the light within us. It doesn't matter where we are from, in what we believe, if we are young, old, small, big, female, male,

Yoga teach us that following our heart, showing respect, love and kindness for every living being of this world, understanding our fears and not letting them control us, will bring a state of endless peace and happiness to everyone’s life. And I'm not saying that this is always easy. The path of self-knowledge is for warriors.

But the good thing is that we don’t need to walk alone.
